“Lifetime Guarantee” is provided only for products with “Lifetime Guarantee” printed.

Lifetime guarantee item:

• If product has the quality defect by normal use only, customer should bring the original purchase receipt to the store to repair or replace the product, free of charge.
• The following are not covered under lifetime guarantee: Product surface scratch and damage, rusting, damage of plastic handle and product packaging materials.
• Also, the damages which are caused by improper use of goods, external beating and force majeure are not covered under lifetime guarantee.
• The product claim should be for the genuine JETECH product. If the ‘JETECH’ mark is not identical, lifetime guarantee is not applicable.
